Claiborne Parish baseball mid-week update


Haynesville Torndoes:

The Tornadoes played the Homer Pelicans on Monday, April 10, and pulled a close win, 6-4. Yesterday, they played Arcadia and won 20-3.

The Tornadoes have a busy week ahead of them. They will play North Webster tomorrow in an away game that is set to begin at 6:30. On Friday, they will play Plain Dealing at home, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Homer Pelicans:

The Homer Pelicans went up against the Haynesville Tornadoes on Monday, April 10, at home. It was a close game, but the Pelicans fell short, losing 4-6. They are set to play the Glenbrook Apaches tomorrow, April 13, in an away game. The game will begin at 6 p.m.

The Pelicans will play Lincoln Prep the following day, April 14, at home. That game is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m.

Summerfield Rebels:

On Monday, April 10, the Rebels were shut out by the Castor Tigers, losing 0-15. Yesterday they went up against Kilbourne and were shut out, losing 0-23.

The Rebels also have a full schedule ahead of them the rest of the week. They will be playing a double header against Union Parish tomorrow, April 13. The first game will begin at 3 p.m. and the second set for 5:30 p.m.

On Saturday, they will play another double header against the Arcadia Hornets at home. The first game will begin at 2:30 p.m. and the second at 5 p.m.
