Lady Rebel Kearra Wilson received All-State honorable mention

The top players have been recognized on the Louisiana Sports Writers Association’s Class C All-State teams, along with a Summerfield girls standout.

Kearra Wilson of Summerfield was an honorable mention All-State selection.

This is a great accomplishment for only being in the eighth grade. Wilson had a great 2022-2023 season with the Lady Rebels. She was recognized as the top player four times by Louisiana Girls Rankings Basketball and is described as a consistent player who displays true leadership skills on and off the court.

She very rarely comes off the floor with the ability to fill in as guard, defender and re-bounder.
