Beginning today, June 21, repairs will begin on the elevated water tower in the town of Athens.

They will be sanding, repairing and painting the tower.

Residents may experience low water pressure while work is being completed. At this time the repairs are estimated to take up to three weeks. The town is asking that everyone please try to conserve water during this time.
