The KTBS 3 Community Caravan will be returning to Claiborne Parish tomorrow, July 13.

Veteran journalist Rick Rowe will be stopping by Carter’s Corner at 6388 Highway 518 in Athens for lunch. 

Reminder: The bridge on Highway 518 is still under construction. Detours can be taken by Abercrombie Road if you are coming from Highway 9.
