
Superintendent Brooks and the Claiborne Parish School Board proudly recognized two outstanding students for achieving perfect scores on their 2025 Louisiana Educational Assessment Program (LEAP) exams.
Landry Baker, a 3rd-grade student, earned a perfect score on the English Language Arts (ELA) assessment. Madden Edwards, an 8th-grade student, achieved a perfect score on the mathematics assessment.
Superintendent Brooks commended the students for their hard work, dedication, and academic excellence, noting that perfect LEAP scores are a rare and impressive accomplishment that reflect not only the students’ abilities but also the commitment of their teachers and families.
The School Board presented each student with a certificate of achievement during its recent meeting, celebrating them as examples of academic success in Claiborne Parish Schools.
