Football season is just around the corner, and the Homer Junior High School Pels are gearing up for a thrilling 2025 schedule. The school officially released its football lineup, promising six exciting games — three at home and three on the road.

The Pels will kick off the season at home on August 19, 2025, facing off against Lakeside. The team then hits the road the following week to take on Glenbrook on August 26.

The energy returns to Pels Country on September 2, when Homer hosts North Webster for another intense matchup. Mid-season challenges await as the team travels to rival Haynesville on September 16 and then to Union on September 23.

The regular season wraps up at home on September 30, where the Pels will take on D’Arbonne Woods in what is expected to be a standout finale.
