Pleasant fall weather continues across Claiborne Parish this week

Residents can expect several days of mild and sunny fall weather across Claiborne Parish, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service.

Wednesday will bring plenty of sunshine with highs near 76 degrees and light southwest winds around 5 mph. Skies will remain mostly clear Wednesday night, with temperatures dropping to around 50 degrees.

The warm, dry pattern continues through the end of the week. Thursday will be sunny with highs near 78, followed by another mostly clear night with lows around 59. Friday will be mostly sunny and slightly warmer, reaching near 80 degrees, before cooling to around 52 overnight.

Saturday will see continued sunshine and comfortable conditions with a high near 78 degrees. A slight 20 percent chance of showers returns Saturday night as a weak system moves through, with lows around 51 degrees.

By Sunday, skies will clear once again with sunny conditions and cooler highs near 70 degrees — a classic November weekend for North Louisiana.
