Downtown Homer recently welcomed representatives from Louisiana Main Street and fellow Main Street communities from across the state for a firsthand look at the progress being made in the historic district.
According to Main Street Homer, the visit provided an opportunity to showcase ongoing revitalization projects, discuss current initiatives, and share the community’s vision for future economic development efforts designed to strengthen downtown while preserving its historic charm and character.
Guests toured several areas of downtown Homer and learned about projects aimed at enhancing the district’s appeal to residents, businesses, and visitors.
