The Claiborne Parish Fair & Livestock Board is inviting the barrel racing community to participate in an Exhibition Night at the Haynesville Arena as preparations continue for the Louisiana Legends Fest Barrel Race on Oct. 10, 2026.

The exhibition will be held on Thursday, Aug. 13, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Haynesville Arena.

The event is designed to give riders an opportunity to test the arena and provide feedback on the footing, layout, and facilities before the October competition. Organizers said the input received will help identify any improvements needed to create the best possible experience for competitors.

The cost is $5 per horse, which includes unlimited rides during the exhibition.
