The Town of Homer is reminding residents that candidates planning to run in the Nov. 3, 2026 election must qualify during the official qualifying period Aug. 5-7, 2026.

According to the town, local and municipal candidates must qualify with the Claiborne Parish Clerk of Court, located at:
