Seniors at Haynesville Junior/Senior High School recently had the opportunity to explore their futures beyond high school through educational visits to the Southern University Aerospace and Aviation Center and Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC).
The visits provided students with firsthand exposure to educational pathways, career possibilities and opportunities available to them following graduation.
During the experience, seniors were introduced to programs and career fields that could help guide their decisions about continuing their education, pursuing technical training or entering the workforce.
The visit to the Southern University Aerospace and Aviation Center offered students an opportunity to explore the aviation and aerospace industries, while the trip to BPCC introduced them to additional higher education and workforce training possibilities.
