Upcoming smart phone, computer classes at the Claiborne Parish Library

The Claiborne Parish Library will be hosting a free computer literacy programs for the public at the main library in Homer this month.

Having trouble demystifying your smart phone or tablet? Worried about security of your computer? Friday, January 26 is just for you. The Library will host training on the use of smart phones and tablets followed by a workshop on computer and internet security.

“Smart Phones & Tablets” will be held from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. followed by “Computer & Internet Security” from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Instructor Tobin DeVille is Microsoft certified.

Apple iPhone users will need their Apple ID user name and password for the Smart Phone workshop. The limited instruction time will not allow opportunity to reset it during the workshop.
