Keep Hope Alive is sponsoring a free food truck to all Claiborne Parish Residents who are having trouble keeping food on the table.

This truck will have food available today, June 5 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m..The truck doesn’t arrive till 9 and needs to be separated, so technically the serving won’t start till about 9:30 a.m., as usual.

They are asking residents in need to come and get in the line with an empty trunk so they have a place to put the food.

Food distribution will take place at Blessings, which is the old Fred Smith Feed Store at 24850 Highway 2 in Homer.

You must be a Claiborne Parish Resident. If more than one in the car is desiring food, they must be present and have a different address for each person.
